POLICY IN FULL

What mycuci Collects and Why

mycuci does not host a sign-up form, a payment form or any other form that gathers personal details. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited and request timestamps — as a normal part of running any website. We do not access those logs for marketing and they are managed by the hosting service under its own terms.

When you send a message to [email protected], we use that message and any contact details you include solely to reply to your query. We do not forward your message to third parties or use it for any other purpose. We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising trackers of any kind on mycuci.

If you open the optional map feature on any page, that map is served directly by Google. At that point Google's own privacy policy governs how your browser interacts with Google's servers — mycuci has no visibility into or control over that exchange. Links on mycuci may lead to external websites.

Once you leave mycuci, this policy no longer applies and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your data. Access to mycuci is subject to applicable law in your location; it is your responsibility to confirm that using this site is permitted where you are. We may update this policy; any changes will appear on this page.

HOW WE PROTECT DATA

mycuci Data Handling Practices

mycuci is designed to minimise what it collects. No account registration, no stored payment details and no advertising network means the surface area for data exposure is small. What little data does exist — server logs and support emails — is either managed by the hosting provider under its own terms or held only long enough to answer your question.

01

No Ad Trackers

We have not integrated any advertising network or retargeting pixel into mycuci. Your browsing here is not shared with ad platforms.

02

Google Maps Scope

The optional map on mycuci loads directly from Google. Google's own privacy policy governs that interaction; mycuci receives no data from it.

03

Support Email Retention

Emails to [email protected] are kept only for as long as needed to resolve your query and are deleted on request — no automated retention schedule applies.

04

Policy Updates

When this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page at mycuci.gold/privacy-policy/ with no separate notification required.
